When will my order be mailed?

I will ship products on Mondays and Thursdays, typically, but sooner if I am able to.  All packages ship via USPS via either first class or priority mail (depending on several factors such as weight, size, or value). If it is urgent that we ship on another day, contact us and we may be able to make an exception.

What are the shipping costs?

For USA and Canada, all orders ship FREE. Other countries are FREE with 5 items or more ($8 if less items are purchased).  International packages will be mailed via First Class International.  Packages in the USA will be mailed using either first class or priority, depending on the weight, size, and/or value of the package.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, USA, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, and New Zealand.  If you live elsewhere, and you’re interested in purchasing, please contact us to see if we can add your country.

What shipping carriers do you use and what method?

We use USPS for all packages.  All the lapidary items have FREE shipping in the USA, AND FREE shipping internationally (for orders 5 items and over) – $8 if less items are purchased. How do I know what size the item is?

All items have dimensions (in inches) specified in the listing and/or a sizing method shown (IE: a coin for reference).

What if my slab is different from the picture and I don’t like it?

We have worked hard with the lighting and the settings on the camera so that the colors are very accurate. Individual settings may affect color viewing on various devices and we cannot predict what your device will do.  f you get a slab that is significantly different than the image and you’re just not happy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit and we will refund the cost of the slab less shipping charges (see “Terms” page for specifics on returning items).  This is a historically very rare event though – generally the colors are either right on, or really close.

Will you take care of me if there’s a problem?

We appreciate your business! We believe in the Golden Rule and take pride in customer service. We want to treat YOU as we would like to be treated. If you have a problem, please contact us asap. There are few things in life that can’t be solved with patience and kindness.

Do you offer a layaway plan?

No layaway – but we do make available a 6 month payment plan – NO interest if paid in full in 6 months (for purchases over $99).  Simply check out with PayPal and choose PayPal Credit and take up to 6 months to pay!
